Skills Development (Thailand) is here to provide a suite of advisory services and products for an organization's Learning and Development department and Organizational Development Strategy processes centered on the workforce. The Consultants will provide bespoke methods that will enable the L&D department and staff to implement relevant and focused learning tools for the employee pool. A complete Competency Management solution service is available, utilizing modern techniques to establish a stable workforce baseline. The Competency Management Consultant team will leverage the association with IHRDC to provide a comprehensive software tool (CMS Online) and, when appropriate, assist in making ready-built competency models available. Otherwise, the competency models will be built from scratch using data provided by the client. In addition, expert-level coaching and mentoring can be provided for Leadership and Management development by certified Coaches and highly experienced consultants.
